JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

#Bachelors Degree, with a professional Accounting qualification like CPA/CA/CFA/CMA or equivalent, with good knowledge of International Accounting and Financial reporting standards. (MBA is a plus).

#20+ years of professional Finance Management experience preferably in the real estate or property development industry, including at least 7 years as the Head of Finance Department and with experience of managing diverse functions including IT in the region, and familiarity with local regulations
