Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputable University.
  • 3-5 yrs of training-related experience of telecom services and IT.
  • Up-to-date knowledge for Mobile Phones, IT and system software.
  • Experience developing learning materials, completing needs analysis, and delivering  training to various employee levels.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills; both written and verbal 
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, etc.)
