Requirements:

-Applicants should excel in cost estimation of Renovation / Construction Projects based on the approved concept drawings and site visit. 

-Be effective in providing alternative solutions for optimum project budget and end-user requirements.

-Familiarity with variation analysis and estimates, cost analysis of delays and alternative means and methods as required.
