Job Description:
Our client is in need of a highly qualified IT Service Desk Agent.
Qualification Requirements:
= Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Information
Technology or any related field.
= ITIL, ICDL and other relevant professional certifications are highly
desirable.
= A minimum experience of three years in a government environment
proficiency with HP Service Manager Helpdesk system is necessary.
= Excellent skill in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
