Research Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in the research field, needed for a market research agency in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Requirements:
- Lebanese candidates must have dual nationality for visa purposes
- B.S. in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Political Science, Journalism with emphasis on market research
- 3-6 years of working experience in research field.
- Previous exposure to quantitative and qualitative research techniques/ modules is preferred.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
- Proficient at PASW (SPSS) statistical software, and general Internet and electronic communications.
- Good commands of presentation software – especially power point and other presentation software (prezi, infographics, etc..).
- Good command in speaking, reading and writing of English. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong spoken and written communications skills
- Ability to share responsibilities and rewards with the team.
- High personal motivation, self-management and detail-orientation.
- Ability to take responsibility in meeting deadlines and making progress with & without direct supervision.
- Capacity and will to learn new software, research methods, and work routines quickly.
- Ability to engage in and manage multitasks.
- Interest in professional & career development.
- Must have UAE driving license.

Job Description:
- Participate in the design, execution, analysis and evaluation of market research tasks, market studies, news monitoring and other research related activities.
- Support all aspects of research projects from writing proposals, liaising with clients, developing online/ F2F questionnaires & IDI guides, to delivering effective research findings in report and presentation formats.
- Conduct secondary and primary research both quantitative and qualitative.
- Analyze or summarize data, writing reports and discussing research needs and findings with a diverse range of clients.
- Reports writing and presentation targeting senior management levels.
- Develop Executive reports to managers with the latest trends, developments and critical factors, within the political, social and economic sphere.
