Job Description:

A well represented Bahraini Building / Constructions 

Materials Trading Agency (EXPORT & IMPORT) announces

a vacancy  for  COORDINATOR. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers in respect of sales 
orders logging

• Materials supply / delivery

• Preparation of offers / proposals

• Data entry & reports generation

• Issuance of documentations such as delivery 
orders, invoices, etc.

• Coordination with logistics, Export, shipping 
activity

Qualification Requirements:

• A reasonable qualification acquired from a 
recognized institute

• Minimum two years working experience (preferred) 
in the field of building materials & construction 
industry

• Fair knowledge / experience in basic accounting 
& use of account software such as TALLY.

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills.
