Monitoring and supervising of online processing parameters in production lines, testing of raw materials, process materials, in process materials, shelf-life samples and finsihed products as per the standard guidlines and procedures. Inspection and release of finished products. Testing and release of packaging materials.
Qualifications
MSc. or BSc. (chemistry, Microbiology, B.tech in Dairy Technology.
