Job Details:
*Assist, advise and, support the Project QC Manager in the provision of the following to cater for project needs
*Project quality documentation (ie, Project Quality Plan, checking & Test Plans and Project Specific Procedures and the like)
*Supervise and report the effectiveness of the Project Integrated Management System
*Internal and technical compliance audits and close out / action of issues and nonconformities
*Quality dept. staff (QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, etc. including any specific certifications requirements)
*Measuring and testing the equipments (and any associated tools)
*Services 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Companies

Requirements:
•BSc.Degree in Civil Engineering
•Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry and at least 10 years of which as Project Quality Control (QC) Manager and 5 years as Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
•Experience in performing Audits (both system audits & technical compliance audits),QC activities inclusive inspection of site works
•Excellent knowledge of quality management standards and tools
•Computer literacy
