Job Details:
-Participates in developing and recommending policies, procedures for the Sales and provides inputs to the Commercial Director/General Manager for review.
-Implements, controls and monitors the Sales Plan and Budget relating to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures to achieve or exceed annual sales targets/revenue objectives of the Company.
-Support the Commercial Director/General Manager in implementing departmental policies and procedures across company and ensure that all end users must adhere to the prescribed processes for smooth operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Business with Medical background
-Minimum five years experience in Sales
-Experience within a similar industry would be an advantage and within a management role
-Experience within the UAE market is a must
-Excellent managerial abilities
