Key Responsibilities:
To counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house doctor and the counselor.
Ensure client satisfaction and maximize in-house bookings.
Ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package.
To plan in-house events to keep the clients motivated and regular.
To maintain the duty roster of dietitians, nurses, masseurs, therapists and attendants.
Ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine and the slimming section.
Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of slimming machines.
Conduct regular checks and training of the staff handling the machines.
Ensure adequate informative and educational material is put up and available in the center in form of charts, posters, handouts.
Regular interaction with the counselor for sharing nutritional inputs and strategies for improvement.
Regular interaction with the Corporate to keep them updated with the progress of the center.
Candidate must hold a degree in Home Science.
