Our client works in a niche area of the market delivering testing and assessment solutions across various industries in the GCC, now seeking foe candidates for the post of Assistant Operations Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Work experience of minimum 2 years in the support and maintenance of IT hardware is needed.
> Experience of one year should be in working within a networked environment.
> Ensuring the total customer satisfaction and ensuring maximum performance of the test centers whilst working closely with all operational colleagues.
> Handle policy and procedural compliance, managing the performance of all test centers, staff training and employee relations, test centre audits and all other operational requirements.
> Need good technical understanding as well as a strong operational and customer service background.
> Should be able to demonstrate strong management skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking.
> Need capabilities to think proactively and outside the box whilst adhering to company guidelines.
