PROJECT MANAGER

Shall have strong experience as Project Manager in 5 Star Hotel Projects. Confident capable to
handle design, projects commercial aspect, material procurement and timely execution of project.
Shall possess ability to lead site team and co-ordinate with Client, Consultant, Sub contractors
with familiarity of contracts administration. Responsible for review of contract
documents/specifications/drawings, review of manpower requirements of the project. Shall be
responsible for financial profitability, control construction activity and optimise output,
preparation and submission of weekly reports to Consultant/Senior Management of Company. Shall
Follow up with subcontractors and review/monitor overall progress of works. Degree in Civil/Arch
Engineering from reputed University 12-15 years overall experience on 5 star hotel projects with
minimum 5 years in similar position in the Gulf region. Minimum 12-15 years experience. ATTRACTIVE
