Job Description
Our client, a Middle East based Energy Company is looking for an Administrative Marketing Secretary to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Based in UAE, preference is given to Emirati candidates, although other competent professionals with experience in the GCC would also be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient and cost-effective office management skills.
• Receive visitors to the office in a courteous and professional manner.
• Arrange to receive oil and gas publications and circulate among the staff.
• Attend to routine queries or connect callers to appropriate staff members.
• Make travel arrangements including journey, hotel / airline bookings and visas.
• Prepare any required information and documentation for presentations or meetings.
• Provides timely and efficient administrative support to the DVP Marketing and the Liquids Manager and their team.
Requirements:
• Secondary school education or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training, Secretarial or Administration diploma would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years experience providing administrative support within a large organization, ideally, in the energy industry, in the GCC.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English, PC literate as well as knowledge of Arabic.
