Requirements:

Applicant must be able to coordinate all technical studies (eg geotech, topographical, grid connection, environmental, etc), liaising with local suppliers to obtain local pricing for epc and o&m work packages, as well as, liaising with local authorities and government departments to obtain permits or to ease passage of permits.
