Employer We are one of the leading manufacturers of carpets in the entire Middle-East. In the spirit of continuous growth we are seeking an experienced professional for a position of Central Maintenance Manager.
Responsibility:
• To manage central and plants specific maintenance teams in four plant site.
• Maintenance of various warehouse locations.
• To ensure machines are adequately maintained.
• To develop a coherent team spirit within the work force.
Requirement:
• at least five years of experience in managing 100 + employees in a manufacturing environment,
• should have an engineering degree.
• Fluent in languages (English & Arabic),
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to co-ordinate and work within a team.
