Job description
•Draft and review of contract Baseline, List Deliverables and Subcontracts and change orders in close coordination with the Program Manager, the Procurement Manager and Cost Controller, pay particular attention to transfer contractual risks to subcontractors and implement final release agreements with suppliers, using the standard templates.
•Draft and record keeping of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and contractual Communications, including letters, Minutes of Meetings, Change Orders, covering notes for deliveries and registering a log book/database sorted by incoming, outgoing, type of document(Contract, Change Order, Letter, Minutes, etc..) date and subject. Copies of all important documents must be forwarded to the Management.
•Monitor the compliance of Client and Subcontractors with Contractual Obligations and Milestones, including deliverables, Bank Guarantees, Retentions, etc.. in coordination with Cost Controller. Verify the contractual ground of any request or claim by client and subcontractors and alert the Program Manager.
