Job description
Responsible for assessing suppliers capability; only qualify suppliers with enough resources; financial stability; number of labourers & supervisors (tied to TAT)
Trouble shoot site issues and resolve technical problems promptly
Take immediate action in case of supplier falling behind with schedule.
Review site images as submitted on a daily basis by suppliers and contact construction manager for immediate action.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Architecture and/or Interior Designs
Architectural experience coupled with interior design experience and being used to manage various projects at the same time.
Speciality in fixtures, fittings and equipment including fabrics, materials, soft flooring - carpets and wall paper.
