Owned by Al-Rajhi Group, company is in operation since last produces and exports around 15, 000 metric tons of seafood every year. We have in-house/furnished accommodations, cafeteria, international school, training centre, library, fuelling station, ATM, commercial centre, recreation centre and gymnasium, medical centre, mosques etc to facilitate the employees, with a lifestyle to cherish.
Job description
Market research for pricing, sales volumes, competitive advantages, distribution channels in domestic, regional and international environments. Planning and devising modules for business promotion i.e., branding, advertising, corporate brochures, event participation, campaigns, product launches etc. Ensuring compliance to standardization requirements, safety, quality and security protocols of the organization and standard industry practices. Coordination with different business units within the organization including production planning, distribution and exports, Finance etc. Participate in initiatives for developing strategies, policies and plans, goals and targets, cost reduction and quality improvement, operating procedures etc.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of marine organisms particularly shrimp.
Basic knowledge of shrimp processing methodologies, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective processing of end user shrimp and other sea food.
Knowledge of sanitary, hygienic, environmental production, storage, transportation rules, regulations, standards, methodologies, and other related requirements imposed by International Certification bodies such as: HACCP, SQF, EU
