Responsibilities
- Serving as technical generalist
- Responsibilities for installation / operation:
- local area networks (LAN),
- wide area networks (WAN),
- hardware installation and repair
- Software configuration
- Telephone, voice mail, and video conferencing operations support
- Guides staff on software applications, etc.
- Coordinates with other team members in the completion of assigned project.
Qualifications
- BA/BS college degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent level of knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to work with staff to explain and resolve difficult technical situations, and to communicate Booz & Company technical goals.
- Demonstrates strong customer focus and service orientation
- Strong team player and prioritizes multiple assignments, and uses initiative to accomplish results
