- Must be fluent in BOTH ENGLISH and ARABIC
- Diploma/University degree graduate of any discipline
- Excellent in interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Champion in customer service skills
- Willingness to work on irregular and flexible duty schedules
- Experience -3 - 10 year
