REQUIREMENTS:
> Previous experience and qualification is essential.
> Applicants should be a holder of valid Bahraini Driving License.
> Previous experience of On-Line Shopping will be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Provide ideas to increase revenue.
> Perform market / competitor analysis.
> Organizing displays and merchandising.
> Deals with staffing issues professionally.
> Getting consumers feed-back on regular basis.
> Manage and motivate the team to increase sales & ensure efficiency.
> Ensuring security of stock, manage stock movement and stock levels.
> Make sure that quality standard, customer service, health & safety are met.
