Job description
The Program Manager, Staffing Solutions, will make a proactive, strategic business contribution working in conjunction with both the Client and Raqmiyat’s Recruitment Team. The Program Manager will advise on, develop effective recruitment solutions and ensure effective delivery of the solution for the client. You will be expected to meet the revenue and fulfillment targets related to the IT Staffing line of business of the company. You will provide market knowledge and intelligence to the Client on skills availability, demographics, salary levels, attrition rates etc.
Qualifications
• A Business Development personality who has a proven history of achieving agreed Revenue/Placement targets in IT Staffing Solutions. Should have the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
• Develop new and existing business opportunities
• Creating a Opportunity Pipeline of IT Staffing opportunities for the Program
• Prior experience at senior level of managing IT staffing/recruitment
• Good awareness of business, customer and market pressures (demands and implications)
• People leadership – interpreting, shaping, aligning and inspiring people to achieve results
