Chief Finance Officer,
Our client, a leading Middle East based Islamic shareholding company focused on investing in the educational sector is looking for a Chief Finance Officer to join its team in Kuwait. The company focuses on the establishment, acquisition and management of schools and other opportunities in related industries.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems.
• Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bilingual – Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Masters Degree in Finance and or CPA equivalent degree.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position in a holding company in the GCC.
