Job Description The leasing Agent is responsible for working with the property team to achieve property financial and operational objectives as defined by the property owner and the management company. Job Details : - Work with Leasing Manager to maximize revenues and adhere to budgeted cost parameters; - Compile target list of prospective tenants. - Assist with daily bank deposits, as required; - Accept payments from tenants and ensure payments are handled according to company policy and procedure; - Answer and respond to telephone inquiries and schedules site visits as appropriate.
