Developing and implementing suitable Sourcing and Recruitment strategies & processes for the company.
Monitoring employments markets (both internally and externally).
Ensure effective and efficient recruitment of talent for the company.
Facilitate in the design process for new hire joining programme.
Establish and manage relationships with key sourcing bodies.

Extremely ambitious recruitment targets to be achieved in relatively short time frames.
Diverse population, workforce and stakeholders.
Execution of resourcing plans requires significant networking with decision makers.
