Assist upper management in formulating the market strategies for major clients in the region;• 2. Responsible for setting a business development plan for the department to be reviewed and approved by senior management; 3. Responsible for setting sales targets to team members and Producing the annual budgets for the 4. sales team and reporting results to senior management throughout the financial year; 5. Perform market research; gathering information concerning supply, demand and competition levels in the region and sharing results with staff and senior management; 6. Introducing new brands to the GCG engineering; 7. Analyze and solicited technical specifications, commercial requirements and legal terms in tenders submitted by the sales team;
