Applications are invited for the post of Budget & Cost Control Engineer

Job description:

1. Prepare the budget for the newly awarded projects based on the tender guideline.

2. To study the Contract scope, requirements, challenges, direct & indirect cost assessments, cost allocations, analyzing budget vs. actual and produce reports on cost variance.

3. Assign cost codes for BOQ items and rectification of cost codes according to project material specifications, drawings etc.  

4. Modification of budgets and cost codes unit quantity according to labour productivity, equipment output, material usage, wastage etc.

5. Elaborating the existing cost codes & fixing new cost code structures.

6. Preparations of cost analysis and unit rate build ups for cost codes.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Key Skills:

Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point , Auto Cad, MS Project, Primavera, cost control engineer, cost control, budgeting, contracting, engineer.
