An international construction company in Qatar is looking for Housing / Welfare Officer. All the applicants should be a bachelor's degree holder. Should be a young and energetic personality with work experience of 3 - 5 years in a similar role. Should possess good knowledge of Doha locations, properties, real estate etc. Computer literacy is mandatory along with effective communication skill in English. Having skills in French or Arabic will be beneficial. Only persons with a valid Qatari driving license are need to apply. Should be a holder of transferable Visa / NOC.
Job Description:
> Assist in providing a high standard of accommodation for employees residing in Doha.
> Make sure that all accommodations meet adequate safety and security standards.
> Courteous and demonstrate sensitivity towards our employees.
> Act tactfully, think on your feet and make precise and timely decision.
> Interaction with all levels of employees,other departments,providers, real estate agents, property landlords, etc.
> Advise and assist new employees in accommodation, healthcare and recreational facilities in Doha.
> make sure that housing data is maintained in terms of vacant or occupied villas or apartments.
> Keep abreast with the market fluctuations and maintain records of rising / falling rents, school fees etc.
> Be aware of changes in government rules and regulations.
> Make sure that all accommodations meet adequate safety and security standards.
