A leading Restaurant and Coffee shop management company is looking for a passionate Restaurant manager .
The Restaurant Manager conduct training and develop for Team members’ technical skills. Implement procedures and propose necessary changes to improve efficiency of the operation. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through customer service attention and standards. Participate to in-house and external sales activities. Maximize social media exposure in relation with the Marketing coordinator and organize successful food promotions. Meet Revenue and Profit targets. Control Beverage stock and conduct regular spot checks.
Job Requirements and skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in 4/5 star hotel chain. International and Middle East experience is a must.

English speaking (Arabic speaking is a plus).

Excellent presentation.

Opening experience preferred.
