JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Candidate should have good knowledge in HR strategy,Man Power planning.

Strong knowledge in local labour law. 

Good relation with the Ministry. 

Should know the work of GOSI, work permits, CR, renewals, licence etc. 

Should be abe to make the policy and procedure. 

Should know the disciplinary strategies. 

Bahraini or Arab nationals.
