It is critical that you can demonstrate proven work flow management, tracking, budgeting and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate requirements across technical, sales and business resources.  
Project experience must include;

Implementation of business support systems for Telco providers

Non-Telco systems integration projects

Worked within Agile environments

Understand ITIL and supporting business process improvement frameworks
