Job Details :
* Internal and statutory audits,finance, payroll and ROC related
processes.
* Coordinate with lawyers for framing of legal documents.
* Manage day to day taxation issues.
* Dealing with tax authorities and corporate people.
Job Requirements :
* MBA in Finance.
* Experience with creating financial statements.
* Excellent Accounting software knowledge.
* Three years experience.
