Required for an experienced Customer Service Representative in UAE.
Job Details:
* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds etc.
* Take payment information and other pertinent information such as
addresses and phone numbers.
* Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Dgeree.
* Knowledge in computer applications.
* Minimum one year experience in the same field.
