We are currently looking to recruit an experience Operations Supervisor for our Logistics division:

The main responsibilities are as follows:
- To proactively manage and assume accountability for the key operational elements of the Transport department, including all distribution activities.
- To exceed Customer Service level expectations whilst maximising efficiencies at a minimum cost.
- Manage & measure operations by providing a highly disciplined, enabling and team-building environment. 
- To pursue Operational Excellence by means of minimising the outsourcing of labour and equipment hire, maintaining and updating SOPs and driving improvement projects and initiatives.
