Qualifications
* Graduate of civil engineering with at least 5 years experience as project planner.
* Ability to produce a robust project plan covering all aspects of projects and monitor its critical path closely all along.
* Sound knowledge in developing project plans (CPM), work breakdown structure, craft projection, work load projection as well as material and engineering plans.
* Sound knowledge in developing project budgets, cost estimates, cash flow projection for engineering, material & construction Activities.
* Knowledge in construction productivity Index for GCC.
* Knowledge in evaluating and identifying critical areas, suggesting and implementing recovery plans.
* Knowledge in preparing monthly / weekly progress reports highlighting progress and cost performance / projections.
* Knowledge in preparing field changes, extra work orders, assessment of impact on project schedule and budget.
* Experience in working in high rise construction under the contractor side is an added advantage.
* Familiar with the project scheduling software 'Primavera'.
