Job description
Manage and ensure quality of works for SCADA/EMS/DMS database, SCADA software, E-Services & development are met. Performs quality checks on daily activities to ensure that processes, schedules, requests, quality standards are met. Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements.
Plan, develop and implement strategies to maintain reliability, availability, security and quality of the SCADA system, SCADA/EMS/DMS databases, SCADA & office LANs and to increase the usage of E-Services within the division.
Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
Follow up continuous team improvement on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
Ensure quality and timely submission/ update all of the required reports / feedback such as monthly, quarterly, yearly report, KPI, achievements and others.
Qualifications
Knowledge in power system operation, Network & security fundamentals, E-Services Applications, Project Management & Interpersonal Skills and management of multiple tasks. The candidate shall be able to manage and control activities related to master station support and SCADA services & Network support sections for electrical and water networks works to ensure reliability, availability, quality of master station SCADA system, SCADA/EMS/DMS Databases, SCADA & office LANs and to ensure delivering a high quality of E-Service solutions.
Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
