Key Accountabilities:

• Plan, organize and manage daily body repairs and fittings and fittings on customer’s vehicle
•Assist different task to a team of panel beaters and fitters depending on their skill levels ensuring the highest productivity, quality of workman ship that need the set standard and customer satisfaction.
•Receive, schedule, dispatch and monitor all jobs coming to the Bodyshop
•Communicate the status and any change in the schedule to the service advisors and to manage and control the vehicle movement, to and out of the Bodyshop.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required 


• Degree or Diploma in Auto Mechanical Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years experience in handling shop floor activity of medium to large size Bodyshop. 
• Excellent people management skills 
• Good understanding of Body repair and paint techniques 
•Strong Communication Skills 
• Transferable Visa 18
