Required for the fastest growing Exchange Company in Kuwait
This important role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by coordinating administrative support, planning and providing facility management across all departments.
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop the annual budget for the Administration
• Establish budgetary controls in line with corporate strategy, and continuously monitor expenses
• Ensure Capacity planning and implementation in line with business and manpower requirements of future growth plans
• Ensure compliance to all statutory/ regulatory norms such as Licensing, etc.
• Manage projects related to new branches, building renovation, civil works contracts, furnishings, and building maintenance
• Manage all logistics and administration support (printing, mail services, translation)
• Monitor staff welfare and facilitate complaint resolution
Skills
• Graduate degree in any stream
• Comprehensive knowledge of management and administration
• Knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and regulations, with good relations in
CBK and Ministries.
• Fluency in Arabic and English language
• Article 18 Transferable visa
• At least 6 years experience in Administration field
• Very good negotiation and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Ambitious go getter with positive attitude and team player.
