Leading Telecoms Company requires a result driven Director of Operations to plan, develop�and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed�organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor, measure and report on network KPI targets.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational�management and development
• Use all means and opportunities to continually improve the network Quality of service�and customer satisfaction.
• Manage NOC, Call Centre operations, Network infrastructure operations, Provisioning�and (LOS Operations and corporate customers support.
• Successful track record in operations within telecommunications.
• Results-driven, with effective listening, business planning, interpersonal, sales,�
marketing, and business development skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
