> B.Sc Engineering or Science discipline.

> Minimum eight to nine years experience in industrial safety in petrochemical industry.

> Membership of a professional Safety/Engineering society.

> Fluency in English.

> Provide oversight for Asset /Division for HSE Function.

> Develop HSE program and plans for the implementation of the company's HSE ��Management systems.

> Monitor performance of risk management process to ensure risks are within ALARP (As Low as Reasonably Practicable) level.

> Organize safety awareness programs establish, direct and control Safety Audits to maintain ISO and OHSAS certification.

> Participate in incident investigation and follow up of corrective action.

> Provide Specialist input in accident/near miss trend analysis.

> Participate in verification and bench marking of key, performance indicators develops emergency procedure and plans to ensure standard of preparedness.
