+ 5 to 6 Years experience in building construction industry.
+ Self Motivated.
+ Must have hands-on site experience in all construction activities from start to finish.
+ Sound knowledge of interiors finishing works is required.
+ Quality conscious.
+ Able to meet deadlines and can work well under pressure.
+ Has the ability to prepare on-time reports.
+ Has good communication skills and is computer literate.
