JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements: 

• Applicant must be a Qualified lawyer with exposure to banking and finance transactions. 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the banking industry in the GCC). 

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic. 

• Bahraini nationals preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

-Prepare legal documentation for various transactions. 

-Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and identify potential risks. 

-Review legal documents and contracts with other parties to protect the bank's interests.
