Staff Accommodation - Plan and budget new commercial/residential premises, negotiate new rents, pay rents as per schedule, handing over premises on expiry of lease. Fleet Management - Budget for new vehicles, purchasing and allocation of vehicles, insurance (new and renewals), registration (new and renewals), repairs and service, cost allocation to departments, pool car management and disposing of unusable vehicles. Manage Staff Transportation Travel Management - Budget yearly expenses, selection of travel agents, negotiating best rates and credit terms, buying tickets for employees going on official travel, arrange for visas for traveling executives. Staff Welfare - Budget yearly expenses, purchasing monthly stocks, distribution to departments I locations as per requisition, settling monthly bills.
