Qatar Intermediate Industries Holding Company Limited (Qatar Holding) a fully owned affiliate of Qatar Petroleum, was established by an Emiri decree on 29TH DEC 2005, with a mandate to establish and operate intermediate and other industrial projects individually or jointly with other partners in the State of Qatar.
The vision of Qatar Holding is to become the Middle East’s leading manufacturer and marketer of intermediate petrochemical and non hydrocarbon products. At a national level, Qatar holding is committed to maximizing the value of Qatar’s natural resources by creating intermediate added value chains. Job description
Overseeing the technical design and preparation of plans for engineering-constructions and projects. Reviewing detailed-structural analysis, calculations, plans, engineering studies and reports to ensure compliance with accepted engineering specifications and standards and Qatar Holding policies and procedures. Reviewing and approving all as-built drawings for conformity with requirements. Reviewing, checking and approving the structural-design drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with specialized course in structural design.
- Middle-East or Gulf experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
