We are looking for an experienced Construction Director in UAE.
Job Details:
* Manages and coordinates the construction and procurement
process in accordance with project requirements.
* Responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with the
construction stage.
* Responsible for reviewing contractor’s safety procedures and
implementation of the same.
* Reviews defects and punch lists as provided and monitors to ensure
that they are actioned by the contractor in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* With valid UAE Driving Licence.
* Eight years working experience in the same field.
* Good communication skills in English.
