Our client , a grade A contracting company has an opportunity available for an Assistant General Manager to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. You will be reporting to the General Manager and lead a team of construction professionals on projects across Bahrain.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other government agencies.
- confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Review project proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedure for accomplishing project, staffing requirement, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechancial or Civil Engineering
- Previous experience in managing and running construction projects
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a leading contracting company in Bahrain or the GCC
