Skills :

         Operation ,maintance & repair of heavy duty & domestic Kitchen Equipment

           in 5-star Hotels, large hospitals or large Establishments.

·         He shall be able to work independently to analyze & troubleshoot electrical &Mechanical Faults in                                   kitchen Equipment

·         Should be able to read & interpret Equipment control circuits & wiring diagrams
