- Independently handle court matters related to the labor, and criminal cases. Issue disciplinary letters such as Show cause Letters, Warning Letters etc. Attend company’s court matters at Labor Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Conciliation proceeding before Conciliation Officer, etc.
