> Carry out the entire procurement cycle right from beginning to end.
> Dealing with all material purchase activities.
> Review purchase requisitions for correctness, scope, delivery and take appropriate action.
> Identify potential vendors and send out enquiries, follow up for the quotation.
> Prepare comprehensive statements and obtain approval as per DOA.
> Follow up vendors for POs acknowledgment and material deliveries based on PO.
> Attending vendor payment queries.
