1. To estimate (of design, shop drawing, supply, fabrication, welding, surface preparation, galvanizing, painting, delivery, site installation, maintenance etc.) and prepare the commercial and technical bidding.
2. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
3. Representing the manufacturing department at customer and product development liaison meetings and ensuring effective implementation of design practices to meet customer needs.
4. Planning, Scheduling, and coordinating various procedures concerning in operation like work order issue to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. To manage workers, supervisors and to prepare work schedules and assigning specific duties.
6. To follow instructions from GM during production and to submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
7. To test and maintain the machineries and equipments in order to ensure proper operation.
8. To co-ordinate with internal ISO audit.
9. To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities.
10. To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
11. To be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
12. To plan and control sub-contracting jobs required for the projects.
13. To handle shipping arrangements, preparation of packing list, delivery notes and submission of QC dossier etc.
14. To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
15. To handover of project documents required for invoice to finance dept.
